Often flooded with bright red and yellow coloration, typical Thai 'jay' vegetarian eateries can be found in quite high abundance if one was to look carefully. The great thing about stepping foot into a place that puts itself under the category 'jay' (see the F1 in reverse symbol in the image (left) is that the food (by right) should be guaranteed to be vegan.
